Power Management University Terms and Conditions
PMU offers two styles of training which include Factory Training or Private Training. The following page provides a summary of the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) for each of these types of training events.
Factory Training Events:
Pricing:
- All pricing listed on the PMU website is listed in USD and is applicable towards e-Commerce (Credit Card) registrations only.
- Otherwise, pricing will vary depending on purchase method, service plan status, etc.
Purchasing:
- A valid form of payment is required to register for a Factory Training course.
- This payment method may also require additional validation before the seat can be confirmed.
- PMU supports several course payment options. The below section outlines the two most common methods:
- Credit Card Payments
- PMU offers students the options to purchase a seat in a Factory Course using a credit card.
- Approved Credit Card registrations will result in an immediate confirmation of enrollment. Students will receive a Registration Confirmation email along with an e-commerce receipt of their transaction.
- Payments made via credit card cannot be refunded, but Power Management University (PMU) can (1) reschedule your class, (2) transfer your payment to a different attendee, or (3) issue you a prepaid training voucher, which is valid payment for any other equivalent future PMU training offer.
- Purchase Order (PO)
- PMU offers students the option to purchase a seat in a Factory Course using a Purchase Order (PO).
- A copy of the purchase order, whether Direct or through Distribution, must be submitted for processing.
- Registrations submitted using this payment method does not immediately confirm enrollment. Students will receive a Registration Received email, while the PO information is verified.
- Once payment has been processed and posted, the student will receive a Registration Confirmation email confirming their enrollment in this class.
- Please Note: To purchase with a PO, you must first be sent a formal sales quote for a seat in the class using the part number identified for that session.
- It can take up to 3 weeks between requesting a sales quote and the processing of your received purchase order, depending on the response time of each party.
Registration:
- Training seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and therefore, are subject to availability.
- Registrations must be submitted via the PMU website for seats to be considered reserved or confirmed.
- All attendees are responsible for submitting their own registration(s) via the PMU website.
- An order placed through your Distributor will not automate that process for you, unless you have made special arrangements with your Distributor or Administrator to do so, and you have provided them with your unique student account number.
